Due to the nature of our personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, in the interest of hygiene and safety.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly include your order number and clear photographs so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Refunds & Replacements
Approved refunds or replacements are processed at our discretion. We aim to resolve all issues fairly and efficiently.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
